Editing and shots.

Media: continuity editing
Creating a flow of movement which makes a series of events
Everything we see is relatively edited:

180• line
-------•--------•-------
Have to keep to the side of the 180• rule
This cannot be broken other wise it will cause disorientation
Breaking is like a fouth wall

Eyeline match - the direction of sight then to another shot of what they're looking at

Cross cutting - parallel editing
Between the times there are a cross cut of maybe two things happening, like buying one thing and someone buying another

Match on action-
Eg following someone opening a door and matching the door opening in the other side of the door ect in line with each side.

Red bar in premier above clips means it needs rendering

Re>meeting footage folder

New project - meeting
Click cancel- file import footage - all clips
Ctrl click new sequence from clip

Left hand side shift an ~

Stretch rate tool speeds and slows up clip
Create a clip with continuity of Aaron and Doug using the given footage
Add in and out points to make a sequence
